METRO Market Days in Vösendorf & Langenzersdorf

A range of food solutions for the foodservice sector were presented on site at the METRO stores. The full assortment of prawns by binca suitable for professional use was available for tasting – from Rosenberg freshwater prawns and Black Tiger prawns to the "Gamba Deluxe" with head and shell for special creations.

In addition, Asian dumplings from the VIČI brand were introduced – with fillings of chicken, pork, duck with hoisin sauce and vegetables. These so-called gyozas are ideal as finger food, starters, soup garnishes, buffet highlights or as toppings for bowls and salads.

The range was rounded off by ready-made desserts in mousse varieties (chocolate, raspberry, passion fruit and mango), specially designed for catering use. A successful showcase that once again demonstrates just how versatile and practical our product range is for the catering, hospitality and related sectors.
