Internal Shrimp Training in St. Pölten
Theory & Practice
The theoretical section covered a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from the origin of prawns to their various processing methods and product-specific characteristics. This was followed by an interactive element: a short quiz offered a quick knowledge check.
The practical part of the training then took centre stage. Participants had the opportunity to taste the full variety of our prawn products for themselves. From Vannamei, White and Pink Shrimps to Black Tiger and Rosenberg Prawns, different processing and preparation methods were presented.
The training not only provided valuable insights into our product world, but also encouraged exchange and collaboration within the team – an important step in strengthening know-how and continuing to grow together. This training format is also offered by concept cool, part of the binca group, for its B2B customers.
