Honouring jubilarians at the New Year's reception: thanks and recognition for many years of service

As part of the binca group's New Year's reception at Gasthaus Nährer in Rassing, the focus this year was on some very special colleagues: our long-serving employees who have been with concept cool for 5 or 10 years with dedication, expertise and passion. Their many years of loyalty and commitment are invaluable - and that is exactly what we wanted to honour together on this evening.

In a festive atmosphere, the honoured employees received a certificate as a sign of recognition and a gift as a small thank you for their achievements. Wolfgang Loacker, CEO of concept cool, used the celebrations to emphasise the importance of each individual and to personally thank the employees for their valuable work.
Long-term employment is not a matter of course - it stands for trust, cohesion and joint success. As a company, we are proud to have such committed and loyal team members in our ranks. Each individual contributes to the fact that we can grow as a team, develop further and celebrate successes together.
We would like to congratulate our jubilarians on their milestone and look forward to continuing to achieve great things together in the future!
