Eurogast Sinnesberger Autumn Fair 2025

From 23 to 26 September 2025, the Eurogast Sinnesberger Autumn Fair took place in Kirchbichl. At the trade fair, numerous exhibitors presented products and trends for the gastronomy and hospitality sectors.

We at concept cool were also represented, showcasing selected prawns from the binca brand. The highlight was our ASC-certified flagship product, the Black Tiger Shrimps "Gamba Deluxe" from the binca Chef’s Choice Shrimp Delights range.

Tasting at the stand

Visitors had the opportunity to sample a variety of shrimps and learn more about their origin, processing and applications in professional kitchens. The tasting also provided a chance for direct exchange with our team and demonstrated the wide range of ways in which shrimps can be used in gastronomy.
