A strong showing at the Transgourmet Quarter Days

On 17 April, the concept cool sales team showcased its seafood expertise for the catering industry at Transgourmet Wien Nord as part of the 1/4 Friday event. The focus was on the range of prawns from the binca brand, which was developed specifically for professional use in the B2B foodservice sector.

The spotlight was particularly on the organic Black Tiger prawns, the ‘Easy Peel Deluxe’ Black Tiger prawns and the ASC-certified ‘Gamba Deluxe’ Black Tiger prawns. These products impressed with their high quality, attractive appearance and versatility in professional kitchens.

Strong customer interest & positive feedback
The sales team was particularly impressed by the high footfall and the keen interest shown by customers. The ‘Easy Peel Deluxe’ Black Tiger prawns, in particular, were received extremely positively and were completely sold out by the end of the demonstration – a clear sign of this product’s strong market relevance.

In addition to the presentation at the stand, the prawns were used in a BBQ battle in collaboration with Monolith, creating an exceptional visual impact on the plate.
